Patricia is a phenomenal teacher. She has her background in Ashtanga, and teaches a very clear and direct practice. You never feel lost and always are encouraged to get into your body and out of your head. I have worked with Patricia for over 5 years and have seen her teaching style grow tremendously. She is my favorite teacher, and I always learn something new in her classes. Her background in sports, kineisiology, FMS, yoga and coaching gives her an edge not many other instructors have. She is a wealth of knowledge & I feel lucky to train with her and take her classes.
