I've been practicing Pilates since early 1970 and began my first certification program in mid 1990's during the Trade Mark case. Since then I have attended numerous Pilates schools most recently having completed a Masters Program with Lolita San Miguel and Pilates for Rehabilitation through Polestar Education.
Pure Pilates has relocated to Ten X Club bringing studio quality Pilates to the fitness world.
