Pamela has been teaching fitness since 2008. She is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, certified Spinning instructor, Schwinn Cycling MPower certified, and trained YMCA Group Exercise Instructor. Pamela makes it a priority to maintain her certifications and trainings by taking courses and following relevant trends in exercise. One of the most important things to Pamela, as an instructor and personal trainer, is instructing safe and effective workouts for individuals at all fitness levels. Pamela’s philosophy on exercise is simple... Get Moving, Keep Moving, and Don’t Ever Give Up. We are designed to move. So find something you like to do and do it! And then, once you start, don’t stop. Strive for progress not perfection. You night not be as strong as you want to be, or as fast, that’s okay. Keep moving forward and you will get there. But whatever you do, don’t give up. Once you figure out that you are worth taking care of nothing should be able to stop you. In her spare time, Pamela enjoys running obstacle races with her family and team, The Garlic Roosters. She has run the Warrior Dash, the MS Mud Run, the Delaware Mud Run, the ABF 10K Mud Run, and the Spartan Trifecta (Sprint, Super, and Beast).
