I felt so power full not only in body but mind as well. It’s unbelievable what you’re capable of doing and to have Ondrea help encourage me on my way to better health was just what I needed, I was not alone in this journey. It’s like she’s paving the way for you to understand what type of women you were meant to be. She’s inspiring, strong, compassionate, positive, makes you feel so comfortable and all her energy makes you crave for a better healthier life style. Never thought I would reach my goal weight & even continue to pass that mark.

Ondrea is fun, high energy, and motivating! She is not a trainer who will force you into overworking your body or making you hate exercise. She adapts workouts to your body and your needs. I love to work out but have some hip issues (despite my moderately young age). Ondrea always has an easy adaptation to the exercise or finds a way to eliminate stress on my hips. Although I leave every workout tired and a bit sore... I also leave it feeling good, energized, and a better person!
