Okinyi possesses all the elements of a great trainer: Patience, focus on the client, a clear plan for physical fitness, and regular fitness exams to track our progress - rare in today's gym environment.     Okinyi provides a training atmosphere that is supportive and motivating. He quietly encourages and directs training sessions that are doable yet challenging and he has an intuitive sense of what the athlete is mentally and physically prepared for and capable of. I highly recommend Okinyi for someone who wants continued improvement toward accomplishing their fitness and health goals and would like to work with a knowledgeable trainer who will help provide challenging and fun workout progressions to suite your individual goals.
