I moved to Oregon in 2005 to attend Oregon State University where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science and a minor in Business. During my sophomore year at OSU, I took the Fitness Instructor Training course at Oregon State’s Dixon Rec Center. For the next three years, I trained a variety of clientele, and taught numerous group fitness classes. I was promoted to Fitness Manager my senior year, and had the honor of overseeing the personal trainers, fitness instructors, and fitness specialists.
Growing up, I enjoyed playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, tennis, and track and field. Once in college, I enjoyed playing intramural sports and training for the 2006 Nike Woman’s Marathon in San Francisco. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, camping, kayaking, travelling, weight lifting, and spending time with family and friends.
