Hi Im a personal trainer, aquatic execise instructor and stott pilates instructor in San Juan,Puerto Rico. As a daughter of a swimming champion I learned to love water at an early age. Now Im privileged to help people, mostly post rehab clients with aquatic programs that help them regain their abilities and manage their special health conditions. I also teach them a pilates program having their special needs in mind. But above all I love to see people smile while they keep fit and thats one of my goals while I train all my different types of clients. For 15 years I was the Fitness Director and co owner of Franco’s Swim Gym, a family run business that was referred by Drs, for aquatic rehab programs and aquatic survival skills. There I was referred c,ients managing conditions such as fibromyalgia,arthritis,back surgery,CVA,THR,TKR,Parkinson,Cerebral Palsy,Osteoporosis etc to name just a few.Besides this I love traveling and have managed to learn a couple of languages along the way. Currently Im fluent in 4 of them and have beeen trying to learn one more. Ciao belli!

I have greatly benefited from Nicole's rehab program. Shortly after the birth of my first child, I hurt my back and was unable to walk. After just a few sessions with Nicole, I was back on my feet and pain free. Nicole always made herself available and kindly continues to provide me with assistance when necessary. Even now, years later, I can proudly say that not only can I chase after my two boys, I can give then a run for their money. Thank you, Nicole!
