I have to admit, I used to hate sports and exercise and I am a science nerd, specifically concerning physiology and human movement. Throughout my training I have begun to enjoy sports, exercise, and healthy eating, although I enjoy helping others reach their health, fitness, and performance goals even more. I am currently persuing a degree in health and fitness and loving every minute of it.

I enlisted Nichole's help after a knee injury. She helped me with my personnel training to strengthen my knee back to good health. After a rotator cup injury I was afraid to be headed into surgery. My doctor suggested starting in a pool. Nichole took me to the local community pool and gave me exercises to increase my range of motion, when I had little to none. After 2 weeks I felt she had me on the right track. Two months later, I am happy to say I will not be having surgery. I am thankful for Nichole's encouragement and direction. She has taught me how to use the pool for my exercise needs. I enjoy working out now.

Whether you're new to the gym or a regular and need a pick me up I highly recommend Nichole! I signed up for my free training session with Nichole, not knowing what to expect, and after we were done I knew she was the one to help me obtain my goals. She personalized a workout based on my needs, ability and goals. She explains everything so well and makes it fun, yet challenging. I've learned a lot and have no problem going to the gym alone knowing that I'll have a great workout and be successful at meeting my goals because of what and how Nichole taught me. Not only is she a great personal trainer, she is a great fitness class instructor. I tired a class for the first time and will absolutely be going back!
