I am a native of England, who has now made Redlands California my home with my husband and two children. I moved to the U.S in 1997 for Graduate School, and due to the lack of general everyday activity (compared to walking and biking in Europe) I was exposed to the gym culture – I loved it and have been a fitness enthusiast ever since.
I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and nutrition. My aim is to empower clients to adopt a healthy lifestyle and achieve their nutrition and fitness goals. I believe that “how you do anything, is how you do everything” and I use this motivation in my training sessions to focus on improving functional movement, core performance, stability, and mobility… as well as in lifestyle choices that incorporate clean eating, exercise and balance.
