Personal Training is my profession, but i have a different passion! Lets call it my "fitness journey", Having always been the "chubby" one in my family, I started exercising in my high school aerobics club, and instantly loved the way I felt and looked after my workouts. After high school, I attended FIU, and being interested in human behavior as well, I graduated with a degree in Psychology. Through my college years, I kept up my aerobic workouts, and was "skinny" enough to become a fashion model, but didn't feel healthy. After having my daughter, and gaining some weight, I started training with weights, and started feeling and looking better than ever! I helped others in my family, and found my new passion:helping others achieve their goals through fitness!!
Now i am the owner of Intense Fitness Miami, where I get the chance to reach many people in my community reach their best potential!
