I've always had a personal interest in fitness, so in 2009 I decided to leave my desk job, and go back to college to get my M.S. degree in Exercise Physiology.
I love working with the seniors, teaching balance, strength and functional fitness. My current group classes include aqua, circuit training, SilverSneakers, and the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program.
My personal training clients range from 24-91 years of age. I love working one on one with people to help them reach their fitness goals.
I also love teaching indoor cycling. Hobbies include weight training, road biking, golfing and curling.
