I am a fitness professional with 20+ years of experience. I enjoy helping others get fit and gain confidence so that they may succeed in other areas of their lives as well. I currently train small groups in TRX suspension training and outdoor boot camp. The workouts are challenging and modifiable to one's level of fitness. The group setting promotes a level of camaraderie as well as an accountability component. So many great relationships have developed through group fitness. The programs develop strength,cardio and flexibility creating overall fitness for general health as well as weight loss and maintenance. Boot camp and TRX training create a solid foundation for one's athletic endeavors including running, cycling, swimming, surfing, mountain biking, golfing and more. I also teach and design fitness programs in the corporate setting for employees including general fitness classes and yoga. I have a BS in Psychology and have completed the Fitness Specialist Certification Program in which I also received the Certificate of Excellence. I continually improve my skills and knowledge through continuing education workshops and courses. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise. I am also a certified Boot Camp instructor through NESTA. I am certified to teach TRX Group Suspension Training and Rip Training.
