This man changed my life. I started in a wheelchair, then graduated to a transport chair then a quad cane. Now, I'm actually driving a car again. The only time I use my quad is when I go into Center City. I strongly believe that God Himself placed him into my life with all that he knows. God has blessed him with what he knows.

I have been working weekly with Moonstone for almost a year. Each session is unique, fun, highly personalized to my fitness needs & health status, and produces great results! His guidance continues to be a huge asset to my physical and emotional health. Highly recommended!

i Have known Moonstone for four years, one of the best personal and professional trainers I have had. Takes no ish, and commands you give your all when working out with him. If he's fully committed to getting you in shape, you have to be committed to doing the work and sticking to the regimen he gives you. Also, he is really good with working with people with a sports body type. i would 100 percent recommend him.
