My passion for health and fitness started at young age. Despite struggling with my weight for years, I never lost my love of participating in organized sports such as basketball, volleyball and running track, and the commitment it took to condition my body to successfully compete against other athletes. Eventually, I figured out how to obtain a healthy balance of wellness and fitness. It is a personal commitment that I have made, a lifestyle that I now embrace, and a profession that now allows me to help others. Coaching comes very naturally for me. From my own personal experience, formal education and certification, I have extensive expertise in various training programs. In addition to fitness training, I also offer nutritional advice because I feel that nutrition and fitness go hand in hand. Life has taught me a valuable lesson that neglecting one will in turn affect the other. Factoring in Fitness is not a temporary solution, but a lifestyle change. My goal is to help my clients evolve and improve through a personalized, systematic and progressive approach that includes cardio, weight training, nutrition and accountability. I want to share my passion, enthusiasm, and education in fitness with others to show them how rewarding leading a healthy, active lifestyle can be. After trying for years to improve my condition on my own without success I decided to try a personal trainer. It's a this point that I began working with Renee. As someone who does not enjoy exercising by any means she as able to make the process enjoyable while still achieving results. I would leave each session with a feeling of accomplishment and ready for the next session. Each day was a different routine so that you didn't experience burn out and still achieve the results you desired. She was also great at supplying nutritional assistance and able to provide workouts that could be done at home or on your own at the gym for days you didn't have a session. She even helped out my husband when he needed some assistance. I would recommend Renee to anyone at any level of health, whether you are a beginner or someone who is in a fitness rut and looking to advance. She is definitely the person to help you achieve your goals and will encourage you the entire way.

Renee is an amazing trainer. I have worked worth her for over three months and made changes I never thought possible. Not only is she professional and incredibly knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, she is a great motivator and a wonderful person.
You can count on Renee to provide a variety of challenging workouts customized for your individual needs. Renee loves what she does and truly invests in each of her clients. She learns your limits and strengths and pushes you to do your best at each session. I appreciate her flexibilitly to adjust workouts based on how I am feeling without me even having to tell her. Renee provides great advice and helpful suggestions to improve your form and ensure you are getting the full benefit of each and every exercise.
You can always count on Renee to challenge and motivate you. Even outside of training sessions, Renee provides optional workouts you can do at home or at the gym to stay active between sessions. In addition to my workouts, Renee has worked with me to manage my diet so I can really develop a healthy lifestyle.

For those young or a little older like myself, I would strongly endorse Renee Anderson as a Certified Personal Trainer . Having spent many years in and out of the gym and most recently too often out, I found myself struggling to get motivated and begin once again to workout. Renee was already assisting my wife get familiar with a structured workout, when she agreed to do the same for me separately. During the three months that followed I was always impressed with her up-beat demeanor, the quality of instruction, the consistent encouragement and yes the steady increase in my ability to improve both in flexibility and strength. At the end of our sessions she provided me a personal plan to continue alone in my quest to better health and a new meaning for "plank push-ups". For those that are in need of specialized training or just looking to get back into shape you cannot go wrong with Renee Anderson, a true professional personal trainer.

Training with Renee has changed my life completely. My initial training provided me with a jump start with my fitness, nutrition and my overall health. However, I have been training with her for over 5+ months. Renee ceases to amaze me on how she provides continued innovative, challenging and exciting sessions each time.
