Hello! I am a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified Culinarian with the American Culinary Federation.

I am a member in good standing of the American Culinary Federation, the American Nutrition Association, the Nutritional Therapy Association and the National Association of Nutrition Professionals.

I help people de-stress and balance their body through whole foods. I also provide educational support through grocery store and pantry tours to assist people in making healthy choices, as well as offer group classes and talks about nutrition topics.

Upon completion of the Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Program, I went on to complete the Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis Class offered by Dr. Dicken Weatherby's Blood Chemistry University. I offer Functional Health Reports that give you a snapshot of the unique biochemical patterns going on in your body to help make specific, scientifically based recommendations to you. Starting in January 2016, I will be offering Get At The Roots Weight Loss Classes both in person and online.
