    I have been training with Mindy for over 3 years now. Mindy is extremely knowledgeable personal trainer, not only from the physical aspect but also from a diet and overall health aspect as well. Training with Mindy always feels as though I’m not just working out but I’m hanging out and laughing with a friend. She plays my music and some times dances to it as well. She is patient with me even when I’m cranky. She is flexible with her schedule. She listens to my crazy diet plans and usually gives me sound advice without telling me that I am crazy (which I am). Over the past 3 years I have lost around 40 lbs and I attribute most of it to the time I’ve spent with Mindy. She has gotten me to a point where exercise is now something that is a part of my life again and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate her and what she has done for me. If you are looking for a personal trainer that excels in her craft, offers guidance on your overall health, and is extremely personable (and entertaining) - then look no further then Mindy.

    I have been working out with Mindy for the last few years and she is wonderful! She gives me a tough, total body workout and I always feel great (and sore - so I know it works!) afterward. I notice an improvement in my overall mood and energy after I work out with Mindy. She makes me feel strong and challenged and pushes me to work hard. Bottom line: she's amazing and IT WORKS!

    Mindy has been my personal trainer for over a year now and I am the healthiest I have ever been. Her knowledge is extensive, her professionalism bar none, her timing prompt, and her passion contagious. She is the third trainer I have had but the first to produce visible results. She assists in targeting specific goals as well as overall health and her guidance benefits me daily even when we are not together. In addition, I recently became pregnant and am overwhelmingly impressed by her knowledge of safe and effective workouts to aid in keeping my energy level up and feeling my best. Thank you, Mindy!

    I have been working out with Mindy for over 2 years now and loved every second. Mindy's one of the most caring people I know and her flexibility as a trainer are incredibly refreshing. She listens to me when I tell her I really hate doing a specific activity but still pushes me to try things that may not be as fun as others. She also cares about my goals and what is important to me. If I have an event coming up where my legs will be exposed, we spend extra time working them out and toning them up.

    Something else I love about Mindy is that no two workouts are the same. With past trainers, I got bored because everything was so predictable. Not with Mindy. She does a great job of incorporating new exercises while still incorporating the things I love. Again, I could not be happier with her. An amazing trainer and a great friend!

    I am so fortunate to have had Mindy introduced to me as my personal trainer. After several years of working with her, she has not only helped me to achieve my initial goals, but continue above and beyond that physically and mentally. Since we have started, I can honestly say that my entire mindset towards fitness and living healthy has changed for the better. She has kept me driven by changing things up constantly and has continued to push me on all levels. She has given me the perfect blueprint for achieving the goals I set forth, keeping me motivated to stay on the set course, and compliment anything I may do on my own when not training with her during the week. I highly recommend her to anyone!
