I have been a personal trainer since 1996. In that time, I have trained hundreds of clients of all ages and ability levels, from athletes to those with disabilities. My core philosophy is to train using science based methods that will be appropriate for each client's structure and abilities. Sometimes a trainer will say "I train every client the same way I train myself." Wrong. There is only one way to train a client, and that is the way the works for them. I am a diligent student of anatomy and physics, which gives me the ability to create exercises, so that the workout is always interesting. For the busy client, one of my specialties is making workouts very efficient so that we can get more done in less time. I consider client obstacles to be welcomed challenges, and they will be overcome.
