Hello, I'm Mike. I take a different approach to fitness that leads to long-term success. I've developed a unique mind-body fitness program that identifies and eliminates deeply ingrained patterns of self-sabotage. If you ask fitness professionals about their greatest challenge with clients (and I have asked) the answer is often related to compliance. How do you get clients to actually follow through on their nutrition program? How can you motivate clients to behave well outside the gym? Client compliance plagues many fitness trainers and nutritionists. Not only does self-sabotage impede results, it also increases attrition for the fitness professional. In other words, when clients sabotage their own program, they often drop off your schedule. My life's work has been to personally overcome self-sabotage and teach others to do the same. This may be the most important personal development issue of our time. Just take a look at the world around you. Do people need to stop self-sabotaging? See what I mean:) Thanks for reading my profile. Hope to connect with you.
