    I've worked with Mike for about 6 months now, 2-3 times a week, a mix of one-on-one and group/class training both at UFH and Hope College. He is a great guy, challenging, funny, approachable, who meets you where you are at and challenges you to go a little further every time. We've done mostly a mix of strength and high intensity interval training, and every time we get together it is something fresh and new. I get my butt kicked every time, but I'm never bored! I've lost 45 lbs and a lot of inches, but more importantly (and the part that diet won't do) - I'm stronger, more coordinated, more flexible, and more fit than I've been in since I graduate college 15+ years ago. It is a real financial stretch for me to do this, but for what he offers rates are reasonable and the results are SO worth it! Jason Gillmore, Holland, MI,
