My name is Michelle Moyer and I love staying fit with Pilates. I have practiced Pilates for many years and now I teach it. Pilates is the perfect cross trainer. Pilates helped keep me injury free during my many years as a competitive athlete and dancer. I endured many injuries before I started the practice of Pilates. With regular practice--Pilates keeps me pain and injury free.
