Michelle Miller

I have been involved in sports since I was a young child and living a healthy lifestyle has always been a way of life for me. I did not start out pursuing a career in fitness however I believe this is exactly what I am supposed to be doing with my life. I look forward to seeing my clients each and every day and have been priveleged to work with people of all ages from 7-90 with a wide variety of fitness levels. Since I enjoy my job so much it is often hard for me to balance my personal life but at the end of the day my ultimate joy in life comes from the Lord, my husband, and son.
