As a woman and mother of two, I know the difficulties of weight loss, slow metabolism and making yourself a priority.     I feel so fortunate to be training with Michelle. She is a tremendously talented professional and a wonderful person. She is so motivating, encouraging, enthusiastic and fun! Her love for what she does shines through in every session. Michelle is super attentive and caring, always making sure your form is proper, and checking with you that nothing you are doing is causing you pain. Training with Michelle is fun and interesting because she takes the time to make each session different from the previous one, and I truly look forward to each and every session with her. She will go out of her way to send an uplifting, motivational message, or reach out simply to see how I am doing. I am so grateful to be training with her and to know her - she is the BEST!!

    Michelle is the greatest!! I’ve worked on and off with personal trainers and Michelle is by far the most enthusiastic, attentive, and knowledgeable. For more than two years I’ve been dealing with mild hip arthritis requiring physical therapy. I didn’t want to stop working out so I looked around for a new trainer and Michelle came highly recommended by a friend. Since then, she has not only helped me to combat a frustrating situation but I feel stronger than ever! She checks in with me before every workout to see how I’m feeling and what I’m up for the next day. Then she creates a workout that’s not only right for that day but also fun and challenging. Michelle also takes the time to understand my physical therapist’s goals so she can create sessions that work in concert with therapy. I really feel like she’s with me every step of the way. Thanks Michelle!!!

    Michelle has been my personal trainer for 6 months, and I am in better shape than I have been in years! Michelle helps me feel empowered while showing me exactly how to maximize my workout results. The workouts she designs are individualized to my needs and always changing and more challenging, but she ensures that I am doing each exercise correctly and safely. I have very limited flexibility and Michelle always takes the time to stretch my hamstring and hip flexer muscles and even bought me a foam roller to use on my own. She also sends a reminder text to motivate me to fit in my cardio workouts between our sessions. Michelle makes each workout session fun, and what could be better than that!

    Michelle is the absolute best. Michelle’s workouts are custom to my abilities and she takes any injuries (I had surgery on my spine) into consideration while still making every workout different, challenging yet attainable. I am always impressed with her level of knowledge and the different types of workouts she comes up with. She motivates me to work hard, checks in with me, and encourages me the entire time…and that’s just during the workouts. Michelle goes above and beyond to make sure I am on track to meet my goals. She knows and cares what is going on with me, and therefore can hold me accountable by giving me the tools I need to be successful- I can always count on her to be one of my boldest cheerleaders. When I started I didn’t particularly like to workout but I like to workout with Michelle!- plus has encouraged me to find workouts that I enjoy on our off days. Michelle is a professional, outstanding trainer and person who is fun, committed, generous and passionate about her clients. I have benefited so positively from having Michelle as my trainer, and anyone that works with her will too!
