As a woman and mother of two, I know the difficulties of weight loss, slow metabolism and making yourself a priority. I have overcome these obstacles to accomplish goals for myself and others and can do the same for you.     I've been working out with Michelle for several years now and I love the results that we have been able to achieve together. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable, and able to tailor any workout to your goals and objectives. Michelle is also very good at working around any injuries, old or new, and modifying any routine to fit your body. As a trainer, she has a winning combination of the ability to challenge you bringing you to the next level of fitness, and the warm encouragement that some of us need every now and then. She is very thoughtful and prepares a plan for every session with your overall goal and any specific issues in mind, so you never feel like you are stuck in a rut which is how I have often felt with other trainers. I also like her holistic approach to fitness giving equal weight to exercise, nutrition and lifestyle. Last but not least, Michelle is very personable, funny and a pleasure to be around - I really look forward to our workouts!

    I have been working out with different trainers for about 15 years. Some lasted longer than others and my body improved a bit here and there, but eventually many would stop paying attention to my form or progress after the initial few months. Not Michelle! Michelle is an INCREDIBLE trainer! If you want to truly change your body and see muscles (particularly in the areas where everyone else told you you couldn’t build them), try working out with Michelle. I just spent several weeks traveling so I worked out with another trainer, 4x a week. Workouts with him were easy because he didn’t challenge me beyond of where I already was. He didn’t have a feel for how easy they were. With Michelle, each workout is different and a bit more challenging than the previous one. She knows exactly how far my body can go and how to produce results. My arms tighten, my legs and core are stronger if I keep up my regular workouts with Michelle. My body overall has changed its shape since I started working out with Michelle! No other trainer has ever changed my body in the way Michelle has. We have been working out together for over 3 years now and not only am I in the best shape I have ever been in, but I started to bring my daughters to work out with Michelle. And they love it, particularly my 13-year-old! She asks to work out with Michelle all the time. My dream come true would be to workout with Michelle at least 4 times a week because when I do, my body transforms within two weeks. On top of the results she produces, Michelle is intelligent, creative and fun! She IS THE BEST trainer that I have ever worked out with, be it in NYC, LA, Milan or anywhere else.     I feel so fortunate to be training with Michelle. She is a tremendously talented professional and a wonderful person. She is so motivating, encouraging, enthusiastic and fun! Her love for what she does shines through in every session. Michelle is super attentive and caring, always making sure your form is proper, and checking with you that nothing you are doing is causing you pain. Training with Michelle is fun and interesting because she takes the time to make each session different from the previous one, and I truly look forward to each and every session with her. She will go out of her way to send an uplifting, motivational message, or reach out simply to see how I am doing. I am so grateful to be training with her and to know her - she is the BEST!!

    Michelle is the greatest!! I’ve worked on and off with personal trainers and Michelle is by far the most enthusiastic, attentive, and knowledgeable. For more than two years I’ve been dealing with mild hip arthritis requiring physical therapy. I didn’t want to stop working out so I looked around for a new trainer and Michelle came highly recommended by a friend. Since then, she has not only helped me to combat a frustrating situation but I feel stronger than ever! She checks in with me before every workout to see how I’m feeling and what I’m up for the next day. Then she creates a workout that’s not only right for that day but also fun and challenging. Michelle also takes the time to understand my physical therapist’s goals so she can create sessions that work in concert with therapy. I really feel like she’s with me every step of the way. Thanks Michelle!!!

    Michelle has been my personal trainer for 6 months, and I am in better shape than I have been in years! Michelle helps me feel empowered while showing me exactly how to maximize my workout results. The workouts she designs are individualized to my needs and always changing and more challenging, but she ensures that I am doing each exercise correctly and safely. I have very limited flexibility and Michelle always takes the time to stretch my hamstring and hip flexer muscles and even bought me a foam roller to use on my own. She also sends a reminder text to motivate me to fit in my cardio workouts between our sessions. Michelle makes each workout session fun, and what could be better than that!
