    2Hi,My name is Luz I recently joined in March I initially just wanted to try out zumba. I began with zumba but Michelle encouraged me to try the bootcamp classes. I am really glad she did, I have started seeing some improvement already. I use to be one of those people that had never worked out. I tried working out in the past at my house, I would do it for a couple a days and quit. Never stuck to it. Since I joined the bootcamp classes with Michelle I have been sticking to it going every other day at 5 am and plan on sticking around. Michelle is great! she is a great trainer and person. she really does care and pushes you to do better,she is really motivational.

    Hi.....It's me again 1 year later and I am still with Michelle at Performance Fit Bodies. I think 10 years from now I will still be there. Michelle and Performance Fit Bodies has helped me make huge successful changes in my life. I am addicted!!!! At this point I feel like I am a piece of the furniture because I am always there. Michelle and the other instructors are there for you and to help you. They all believe in safety first and make sure that you are getting the best benefits from your workout. The bootcamp/group training keeps you on your toes with a variety of things every day. You never get bored working out there like you do at the gym. If you think Pilates is boring and easy that is the farthest from the truth Maria will have you sweating. Zumba with Christina is a great cardio workout that will have you moving and grooving.
    Bottom line if you want a GREAT workout with INCREDIBLE, CARING, FRIENDLY women than this is the place for you!!!

    My name is Scherie and I met Michelle back in October 2013. She is an amazing trainer who truly cares about her clients health and well being. I look forward to group training because you never know what she has in store for you, never the same thing. Michelle is very encouraging and positive towads her clients. I look forward to training with her this year I'm sure she's going to help me get this extra tire from around my belly.

    Hi, My name is JoAnna and I started working out with Michelle in May 2014. I was looking for a trainer that would care about my health, push me to exceed your limits and care about my results : She was the one! She is the most SUPPORTIVE trainer I know and cares a lot about her girls! I ran a tough mudder obstacle race with her in November and I still can't believe I did it! I love her classes because I ALWAYS get a kick ass work out and personal training at the same time! She knows everybody personally and will not let you lift too light if she knows you can lift heavier... or not let you lift too heavy if you're not ready or injured! Plus we never do the same thing so my body is challenged every time! She has created a great community of girls and makes working out so fun that going to one of her classes is just has fun as girls night out with your friends! Unfortunately I am back to Europe for a few month and miss my friend/trainer!
