    Michelle's studio cycle class is the first cycle class that I ever attended. To say that the class and Michelle exceeded my expectations is an understatement! I have since attended many of her classes and I continue to have as much fun as I did the first time. I'm particularly impressed with how well-prepared she is. You can tell that she cares about teaching a fun, motivating, challenging and well-informed class! I know that each time that I show up she has taken the time to put together a routine, music and dialogue, that will challenge me in a different way than the previous class. I have seen improvement in my running, core strength and endurance, and I attribute Michelle's class for these gains. If you are interested in surrounding yourself with an inspiring personality while you meet your fitness and nutrition goals, I would highly recommend Michelle!

    I have been working with my personal trainer, Michelle Berry, since November of 2010. When I started I was concerned about my health and weight. She took a sincere interest in my story. She developed a specific plan just for me. We started working together once a week and I diligently did the workouts that she planned for me on two other days each week. I soon began feeling stronger and healthier and had safely lost about 20 pounds in the first year and kept it off.
    After this first year I hit a plateau with the weight loss and couldn’t seem to get past it. Michelle suggested I change my eating habits. Because of a couple health concerns she suggested that I see a nutrition coach & asked if she could come to the meetings. I then changed my eating habits as planned and I lost an additional 10 or so pounds. As suggested, I also started documenting my intake on MyFitnessPal.com and Michelle started monitoring this and still does to this day. She always has tips and suggestions and creates healthy recipes that she shares.
    Nutrition, exercise, strength, balancing and overall health is a regular part of each of my work out sessions. I have managed to keep the 30 pounds off with some minor ups and downs with Michelle’s support, help and encouragement.
    I have worked with other trainers in the past with little or no success simply because I felt they weren’t confident, very knowledgeable or organized or they weren’t really interested or they were just bored. Michelle is the first personal trainer that I found that really cares about her clients’ success, goals and health. She is motivating, encouraging, organized, and flexible. She always holds me accountable. She develops an overall realistic plan that is suited for my goals and needs. She suggests changes as she goes either to make things more challenging or to ease it up. I am continuously getting stronger and healthier.
    Since beginning my fitness journey with Michelle, I have increased my personal training sessions with her to up to 3 times per week because I love her positive, helpful attitude. I also attend her spinning/cycling classes as often as possible. I love them because they’re fun, challenging, organized and I love how it is lined up with the music! I also am a regular member of a small group fitness she trains that meets on Thursdays for circuit-type training. Again, this is just a super fun way to get in shape with a slight competitive edge that is fun and well planned out my Michelle. She takes into consideration each of our strengths and abilities and has alternatives for each thing we do-again holding us all accountable and encouraging us the whole time!
    I am certainly glad that fate stepped in and had me sign up with Michelle. She is truly a driving force in my overall health and fitness plan. I am really not sure where I would be without her help!

    Michelle and I have worked together for over a year in small group training and now in the nutrition program. She is extremely supportive. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and even though I am not where I would like to be she has provided me with the tools that I need to become successful. I appreciate the fact that she treats you as a friend and not just as a client.

    I have worked with many different trainers in the past, but none of them have helped me reach my goals. . . until I started working with Michelle. I have lost over 13 pounds so far, from my goal of 20 lbs, in just a little over 3 months. Her expertise in nutrition was a big part of what has helped me attain my goals. That, in addition to her personal training experience. I don't think we've ever repeated a workout - she always keeps things interesting and has opened my eyes to a new way of becoming healthy and fit, without exercising too much and simply changing minor things in my diet. I am so grateful to have met her and am constantly learning new things. I expect to continue working with her for as long as I can. I highly recommend her to anyone who is tired of being overweight but is not sure where to start.

    Michelle has been responsible for helping me to lose 24 pounds over the past 8 months and has helped me to be in the best shape of my life! She is very approachable and really seems to have her client's best interests at heart. I have worked with Michelle now for two years and enjoy our monthly meetings as she keeps me from getting bored in my workouts and keeps me on track.
