I am a 44-year old mother of two, and I love adventure and physical activity. I've gone sky diving, bungee jumping, hiked the Grand Canyon, the Manitou Incline in Colorado, and I enjoy cycling and jogging. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and began my career as a Health Fitness Specialist in the corporate fitness setting before starting my own personal training business in '99. My first certification was through ISSA, and I currently have my AFPA certification with a specialization in post rehabilitative exercise. I believe in being "stubborn about your goals and flexible about your methods." My goal is to help my clients feel confident in their bodies, comfortable using gym equipment, and feel energized and healthy enough to engage in life.

I train people in my studio and offer mobile training from Canyon Lake to Bulverde.

    Michelle is a rock star Personal Trainer!! Five stars in every respect.
    Michelle is degreed in Kinesiology. What this means to you and I is that Michelle knows how to train people without over stressing or risking injury to joints, tendons, muscle, ligaments etc. She continually corrects, and teaches, the proper form and motion for each exercise. She does this to both avoid injury and maximize the benefit of each movement. Her knowledge of weight training and sports conditioning is very impressive.
    My wife and I, age 55 and 61 respectively, have been training with Michelle since June 2018. As “middle aged” retirees, we both have an assortment of ailments, which include pinched nerves in my neck that were being continually aggravated by weight training. I had almost given up on being able to lift weights again. However, Michelle has designed a great routine, that has me back in shape with no impact to the pinched nerves – pain free! In 5 months of training with Michelle, both my wife and I have added lean muscle mass, shed most of our “baby fat” and greatly increased our energy and endurance levels. We feel great!!
    And the best part – Michelle is fun to work out with. She is a great training partner; pushing you to improve while making sure you don’t get injured. She is great at mixing our routines so we don’t get bored and with a gleam in her eye, she continually finds new ways to make us sweat. We look forward to our sessions and always leave feeling energized, tired but energized, with a great sense of accomplishment to start the day.

    Michelle has been my trainer for over two years and I will continue to work with her for a long time. Her dedication to keeping exercise challenging and new is the reason I continue to show up. I really need motivation, even though I love exercising. She sets an awesome example both physically and intellectually. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in working with a trainer who is encouraging, personable and able to personalize a training program.

    Michelle has been my trainer for more 8 years. She is more than competent and continues to surprise me during our workouts. She is extremely professional and constantly educates herself as her clients' needs change. She is easy to be around and I do consider her a friend. She is inspiring yet not intimidating. In all of these years, she has never been anything but positve and encouraging. And YES, I do still look forward to her coming.

    I have used Michelle for over 1 year now and could not be more pleased. She has delivered more than I expected. She is a caring and knowledgeable person who customizes all training around your strengths and weaknesses. She works hard to improve all areas while closely paying attention to any specific needs surrounding physical sensitivities. I have toned my body, lost body fat and inches, lowered my cholesteral and gained overall energy and strength. I cannot imagine life without Michelle!

    I have had the pleasure (and good pain) of working out with Michelle for 4 years. I've lost 30 lbs and more importantly lots of inches. Michelle makes our workouts challenging and fun. She is very knowledgeable and can account for any sensitive areas you may be have. We talk about goals and timeframes. She educates & refocuses you to balance your lifestyle and eating habits without dieting!!!!!!! She's wonderful and I highly recommend her.
