Fitness is for everyone; we just need to find the type of workout that suits us most. So, I offer a variety of options at classes for intensity and ability. I have over 25 years of experience teaching a variety of fitness, including: hi/low cardio, interval training, step aerobics, strength training, line dancing, Senior Fitness, yoga, self-myofascial release, and brains and balance training. I have specialty training and/or certifications. If someone is unsure about signing up for a fitness class, they can call me and try a class first.     I have been a member of the Bow Parks and Recreation Fitness program for 15 years. Michele has been the instructor in all of those years. I started with a modest program with the over 50 group 2 mornings a week. Over the years I have increased my program to currently I attend 4 classes a week in the regular program, not the over 50 classes.

    I am 74 years old, and my total overall fitness is due to Michele's guidance and instruction. All of my classmates feel as I do, I recommend Michele 100% to instruct individuals of all ages and abilities.
