We are a married couple in our early 60s that started working with Michael several months ago. Our combined goals included balance, upper body strength, and preparation for a future hike. Michael helped set up our home gym with minimal investment while making sure we had all necessary equipment. Michael not only designed workouts to fill our needs, more importantly he taught us how to train properly and safely. By giving variety on different concentrations our workouts are never boring. I have been working out with Michael Simpson since Feb/14 3 days a week. I have gone from unconditioned to extremely conditioned. I also have lost 28 lbs. All I can say is that he is i9ncredible. I have referred 3 other people to him and they all say the same. He puts together a workout that is specifically designed for me. He has an excellent know ledge of the body and parts related. All I can say is that he is the best and he really cares. Kyle

Michael is a wonderful trainer. In a group/bootcamp setting he has been firm but funny, and he definitely knows how to boost each individual's confidence-no matter how fit. He has provided tools and knowledge for one to continue leading a healthier and more active lifestyle. He knows what he is doing, and one would not be disappointed using him as a personal trainer. -Heather K.

Michael Simpson has been a great water aerobics instructor, which I think would lead to him being a great trainer. He always watched out for the individual needs and limitations of his students, even in a large class session. He exhibits a firm knowledge of the human body and its physical needs.
