For more than a decade I have trained hundreds of men and women to their ideal self. I have coached competitors to 1st place, overall wins, and national wins earning their pro-card. I have also coached men and women in gyms, in water, outdoors, in homes, and their workplace. I have also trained folks with injuries and medical conditions to better health.
