    Michael and I worked together for two or three months before I moved away. He brought energy and enthusiasm to our workouts, and creatively worked around an injury of mine helping me get in shape for a new life. He's also a really easy guy to get along with. If I were back in Colorado, I would definitely look him up again.

    I've trained with Michael and can't say enough about it. He's in tune with what I specifically was looking to get out of the training sessions. Most of all, workouts were fun because it wasn't the same old gym routine. I didn't think I could get the type of results as I have with some of the gear that was utilized and it really made it fun to see what we would be doing next. For once, I got into shape without injuring myself so I've been able to maintain a good base level fitness for a long time.
