    I spent years doing mainly cardio with hardly any strength training. After my knee injury, I couldn't dedicate as much time to cardio and I fell for the stigma of strength training for women. Michael completely dissolved my belief in becoming bulky and helped me maximize my time with strength training and high intensity interval training. I'm convinced! No more hour long runs. Just 20-40 minute workouts a few times a week. Michael is very personable and doesn't make working out feel like a chore. He's easy to connect with and can read your level of effort. With that said, he will be straight with you as well. There is no magic pill or quick fix. Stay committed, consistent, and persistent and you will be excited in your transformation in 1 month, 2 months, 6 months, and a year. Highly recommended!
