I am a NASM Certified Trainer with expertise in TRX and Corrective Exercise. I enjoy a variety of outdoor activities as well as being very engaged with my three children. My training focus is on teaching my clients from the ground up. I instruct with a heavy emphasis on proper form while finding ways to have fun! It's important to fix our imbalances while gaining strength and mobility. I continue to educate myself with a variety of modalities. It's not just about the strength training but the flexibility as well.
