I put off taking Pilates because I dreaded the idea of trying to do crunches and worried that the exercises, if not done properly, would result in further injury to my back and neck. I was referred to Melissa Siple at Benefitness Pilates Studio four years ago and it has been one of my best health decisions. She is a consummate professional and teaches with patience and humor. She graciously agreed to speak with my physical therapist before developing my exercise program and I have always felt safe in her capable hands. My core strength has improved significantly, and on days when my back and neck are stiff, the stretches and exercises help to loosen tight muscles and increase my flexibility. I highly recommend her as a teacher and reputable business person.

Melissa is very enthusiastic and passionate in whatever she does. She is an extremely knowledgeable STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer for Northeast Pilates in New England. She has trained many students and had many great reviews about her teaching style, knowledge and professionalism. Dianne Jackson - Education Director for Northeast Pilates.
I realized my work as a Dental Hygienist was giving me physical problems (posture, neck, shoulders) so I reached out to Melissa for as solution which was Stott Pilates. I became happy with my results and so impressed with Melissa's style of teaching Stott Pilates that with the encouragement of Melissa I became a Stott Pilates Instructor myself. Now 10 years and many Stott Pilates courses later my career has blossomed all due to the guidance and detailed coaching of Melissa Siple.
Melissa is very professional but at the same time very warm and inviting in her teaching methods! I have been very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with her in different capacities over the years and it has always been a pleasure.

My best friend and I were going to the gym regularly and began wanting a little something more from our workout. We took some kettlebell classes and realized that we wanted something with less swing and more control. I started researching different ways to exercise and found Ms. Melissa Siple. I called to make an appointment and she was very accommodating to our schedules. The first class was beyond my expectation. My best friend at the time happened to be a guy and he was blown away by the first class and meeting our new petite little drill sergant. He got a better workout than he imagined and we were both having a blast. You certainly reach beyond your limits in this class. I enjoyed every class and can't wait to go back!! Thank you for your patience Melissa! Jenn from NK
