My approach is that of wellness-my programs encompass exercise, nutrition, stress management, sleep and more. I believe that a healthy lifestyle can reap many rewards and that balance is vital to a happy life. My background in rehabilitation helps me determine what is too tight or weak and then be able to improve how well your body functions. I've had 24 years of success helping my clients move better, feel better, lose weight, get out of daily pain and reach their goals. I am fully online and provide only remote training, which actually allows me to provide more help and support to my clients.
