Melisa has been my personal trainer for over 8 years. I always look forward to our workouts because she knows how to push and challenge me and makes it fun at the same time. She's extremely knowledgeable and professional in her expertise of body training and body mechanics. She takes her work very seriously and treats all her clients individually and caters to all of our different physical needs.
I have suffered neck and lower back pain in the past. Melisa knows how to strengthen and challenge my body and at the same time be protective of my physical limitations. I can honestly say I have no more neck or lower back pain. I attribute this to my training with Melisa. I would highly recommend her to anyone of all ages. She is a total pleasure to work with !!!

How many people do you know that ask you, "how are you and your body feeling today" and truly means it? My personal trainer, Melisa Hiebert, does mean it and starts every one of our sessions by asking me that question. She then custom-designs our twice weekly meeting by carefully evaluating my answer and integrates specific exercises accordingly.
I recently injured my foot (stress fracture and torn tendon) not as a result from exercising by the way! During the rather long recovery and prescribed physical therapy, I continued to work out with Melisa twice weekly who switched our overall routine to upper body exercises and careful monitoring of my foot. After the nearly 7week healing process, she gently incorporated specific foot and related leg exercises back into our routine. Her vast knowledge of physiology, years of professional training experience, and MOTIVATION is exemplary. Without question I would heartily recommend her as a personal trainer to anyone of any age or gender!
Whenever I'm asked," how do I stay in such good shape," I always give the same answer…
"it's because of Melisa Hiebert!"

Melisa is one of the most knowledgeable people I have met in the treatment and development of physical health and well being. Her ability to understand and isolate muscles for growth or repair is impressive … and to bring fun and humor into her training programs keeps us on course for the distance we need to continue our core exercises and interest … great qualities! I love working out with Melisa! She strikes the perfect balance between focus, intention and fun. I have had many trainers over the years so I can say with confidence that Melisa truly listens to my needs and crafts and ever-changing program to help me achieve my goals. It's obvious that Melisa loves what she does and likewise is dedicated to her clients, I couldn't recommend her more highly.
