Melanie Bolen

I graduated from college with a degree in Musical Theatre but, as an actor, I learned the importance of taking care of my body. In my own journeys of losing weight and getting in shape I fell in love with fitness, which lead me to get certified so that I could help others find the joy in fitness that I'd found. It started when I became an Independent Beachbody Coach back in 2006 (see www.exercisejunky.com for Beachbody fitness coaching) and spawned from there into various fitness certifications and classes. Fitness is now my passion, and I hope to help others find that same passion for the care and maintenance of their own bodies.
