I have worked with several trainers in my home state of Maryland but I found Megan when we began to spend our winters in Florida. She's a superb trainer and knows how to motivate me to push to levels that are challenging but not beyond my ability. I've developed strength and endurance which has helped to enhance my 74 year old body. She's also a delight to work with.

Peggy I love working with you. Can't wait for you to come down to south FL again. You are so strong, and you always make me smile. Thanks for the review!

My husband and I have been working with Megan for several months and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. We were looking for an experienced, professional trainer who could personalize workouts for us, and that is exactly what we found in Megan. Before training started, she asked us for our goals, and as our workouts progressed, she always kept those goals in mind to continue to help us reach them. Each training session is different, so we are never doing the same thing, and she always makes sure we understand how to do each exercise properly. I can’t say enough good things about Megan … she always brings encouragement, energy and motivation to each and every workout session.

This past Christmas, Megan was my gift from my husband and, I might add, the gift that keeps giving! At my first personal training session, I presented as a newly retired, clinically obese woman who had had a knee replacement, recent meniscus repair and a long history of being a serious couch potato. I had given up on myself!

At our first session, when asked about my fitness goals, my response was that I wanted to be able to go to an aerobic dance class without requiring CPR - not exactly an awe inspiring goal but important to me. Megan took this seriously and after my first session, I felt confident that exercise would not kill me outright! She got me down (and up!) from the floor, lifting, sweating, stretching and acting like the strong woman she knew I could become. She introduced me to red stretch bands, fitness periodicals, the balance ball, gave me diet tips, taught me to use the treadmill to keep me aerobic during our workouts, boxed a few rounds and most importantly, kept me coming back...Soon it was time to shop for some serious workout duds- who wouldn't want to LOOK like Megan???

Megan is the consummate professional. She treated me with respect despite my physical limitations and she was able to do something no previous trainer could accomplish, she imbued in me a sense of confidence and inspiration to become fit!
