Matt is the most talented trainer I have ever worked with! He takes your goals and instills positve changes by teaching the "mechanics" to his client; from customized workouts, the necessary nutrition,
understanding the physiology of the body, and how to fix or minimize the "aches and pains" when necessary. Matt's dedication and drive sets the tone of his business and yields great results for his clients.

Matt has introduced me to all of my weaknesses. As an ex-football player I thought I was pretty solid on stregthening myself. I was correct only to a point, but have come to learn that I tended to only workout in areas of my strengths and did not enjoy working areas that did not show much return on investment. Since starting with Matt he has worked on my areas of weakness, consistantly moved the workout to different muscle groups and is great about making sure I do not further damage past injuries with proper techniques and explaining the anatomy, so I understand was should and should not be attempted.
Matt has held me accountable during our workouts and is very good about constructively criticising my desire to stop short or end early.
I highly recommend Matt and Purpose Fitness. The clean invironment and top notch equipment do impact my state of mind during our work out. He takes pride in what he does, which is evident in every aspect of my time with Matt.

Great trainer! Really cares about his clients. Well educated and knows his field. Love the Saturday FitCamp and group yoga classes.
