    Matt is a great trainer, he make's you feel good about your self as you work out. Your work out is never the same when you go. he is frindley and make's your time their fun, i enjoy my work out and look forward going each week. Thank's Matt At Bare Bones Gym

    Matt is a great trainer. He is knowledgable in his field and gives a great customized workout every time. Every workout has been different, keeping my interest while also working on all areas. If there is something specific I want to work on he pulls through with a session that does just that. He makes you want to want to push yourself to be more fit while giving you an opportunity to learn and push your limits. Highly recommend!

    I love going to get my workouts in with Matt. He always makes the workouts different so that they never get boring. He also is always able to answer any questions I have about fitness. Matt always makes me feel comfortable when I am there and he listens to what I want to accomplish and what I want my goals to be. He is also very dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. I couldn't ask for a better trainer.

    Matt and Bare Bones Gym are awesome! I really enjoy my training sessions, and enjoy seeing the results even more! Matt is a great trainer. He pushes just the right amount and is always striving to make the work outs different and effective. I actually look forward to working out, now that's worth every penny! I highly recommend Bare Bones Gym.
