Matt trained my Field Hockey and Lacrosse teams, and he did a phenomenal job! Working on agility, speed, strength and injury prevention, Matt designed a program that cut our injuries dramatically and made our team stronger and more athletic. Many of my athletes have trained personally with Matt and the results have been remarkable. Personally, he has given me range of motion in my neck and shoulders that I have not experienced in years. Young, old or in between, Matt will help you achieve your goals, whether it be relief from pain, increased range of motion, strength, agility, speed or level of fitness. He is dynamic, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable and uses some very interesting training techniques to help you accomplish your goals. Train with Matt and you will have great results!

I went to Matt for pain management help during my triathlon training. I was having constant discomfort due to extremely tight hip flexors. This tightness was throwing off my hips, back, knees and shoulder. Stretching was not helping and I didn’t have any other ideas on how to remedy the discomfort.
Matt performed his tests to identify that the issue was actually that my gluts were not being nearly as activated as my hip flexors and this imbalance was throwing everything off. He assigned me some easy glut flex drills to do throughout the day and my discomfort was remedied within a few days. I was at about a 7 or 8 in terms of overall discomfort before I worked with Matt. I’d say within 3-5 days I was down to a 1 and felt great. It was that simple. My body has never felt better. I’m amazed by the wonders a deep knowledge of a subject area can do for you.
