I have been a health & fitness professional for 23 years. My motto: "Life's an adventure; be ready for it!" The time we spend in structured exercise and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits enables us to do the things we love. Whether it is playing with your children or grandchildren, training for an event that challenges you, even navigating your daily life, I would love to help you. My passion is educating people about exercise and how their bodies move. When you're sore I will give you therapeutic massage.
When I am not coaching, I am teaching anatomy and kinesiology to massage students at the community collage level. I ski, race sail boats, run, race walk, bicycle, and train my beloved dog in rally competition.

    Thanks to Mary I am stronger, much more fit and weigh 90 lbs less than I used to. Mary is patient and encouraging. She tailors each workout to what I need at the time and I look forward to each of our sessions! I depend on Mary as a trainer, coach and friend - she has never let me down! She stretches my abilities while adapting to my changing needs. I highly recommend Mary!!
