My training philosophy: Strength training is essential to living an active, healthy, engaged life, especially as we age. My main focus in personal training is quality of movement and balanced full body strength. Training sessions are kettlebell and functional fitness based because my experience has shown that this is an efficient and effective way to help you reach your healthy aging fitness goals. My area of specialty revolves around strengthening fundamental movement patterns in a safe reasonable way while educating clients on the importance of developing a consistent exercise routine.
As a Personal Trainer I've spent hundreds upon hundreds of hours training clients and attending seminars, conferences, workshops, and home study programs developing as well as practicing my craft. I'll share with you what I've learned over the years with workout programs designed specifically for you. We are individuals with our own unique abilities, but we all need fundamental strength. My programs are designed to help you develop your unique fundamental strength in a manageable way.
