    Mark has helped me for over a year now. I had a very bad back injury and even though the process was slow. He was patient and helped me get back into shape. I continue with him and we are on our way to my new transformation. At 50 years old I wasn't sure I could do it and Mark has helped me realize that it is possible. I love my body now and continue to achieve new levels of physical fitness.

    I have been training with Mark for about 2 1/2 years. My personal experience with Mark is that he is ALL about results, and those results are achieved in direct relation to a clients level of commitment. With Marks guidance I was able to reach my goal weight, build muscle and tone my body. Mark also encouraged me to set new goals. So what I thought was impossible I accomplished, I ran my first 5K and completed a Sprint Triathlon. Mark utilizes state-of-the-art training techniques as well as equally effective dietary guidelines. With total commitment and Mark as your trainer anything is possible.

    Mark worked with our family over the past few years and had a huge impact on all of us. Mark's positive approach to exercise and being able to connect with each of us individually during the workout was fantastic.     Mark has helped me become an all-around stronger person with his innovative training methods that kept me in the gym and excited to workout. He helped me shed my last stubborn 10 lbs. and perform at the level that helped me win King of the Cage matches. Mark has a unique talent for getting the most consistent results because of his complete understanding of all the many facets of training. Varying the routines and styles keep our workouts from getting stale and boring. His knowledge and experience got me a step ahead of the rest.

    Mark has taught me to "Train Smart." I've cut my training sessions in half and have gained full benefits of an intense, efficient and productive workout. I've seen noticeable results in half the time. For me this has been the BEST motivation to keep "Training Smart" with a very knowledgeable, motivating and professional trainer.
