I have been instructing all levels of fitness for many years. My Certifications include ACE Group Fitness, Personal Training, and Enhanced Fitness thru the YMCA. Matwork Pilates, Drums Alive, Step, Conditioning, basic Stretch, Interval, and Senior Fitness are just a few formats I have taught. I really believe working out should be fun and something you look forward to, its just a matter of finding that something!
