I am a former ballet dancer who came across pilates when looking for a way to get back in shape after the birth of my fourth child. Pilates was a natural choice due to its emphasis on core strength and flexibility. Pilates is known for building strong muscles without adding bulk. It is the kind of exercise that gives you a dancer’s body.
I have over 20 years of experience as a ballet dancer and teacher. I use my experience and combine it with a passion for health and fitness to help my clients gain strength, flexibility and ease of movement. My clients may not have dreams of being dancers themselves but with my help they can have the strength, balance and grace of one.
I specializes in helping clients during post rehabilitation and with conditions such as osteoporosis and scoliosis move, feel, look better. Each client has a different goal and ability level. I enjoy designing programs that are customized to each of their needs.
