Hi, my name is Mandy Watson. Like most Americans, my reality is not that of celebrity stardom. I wasn't born with the perfect metabolism or the perfect body. I honestly believed that I was trapped, and I could never seem to find a lasting motivation in order to lose weight and keep it off. I truly understand the emotional roller coaster that is caused by societal pressure and expectations. However, I found the motivation and the focus to transform my body and my life. And because it changed my life so much, I decided to make it my career so that I may have the chance to help others on their journey.

It's very simple, but more involved than any infomercial or any new diet or contraption would lead you to believe. My job as a personal trainer is to provide you with the right exercises and techniques that will lead you to accomplish your fitness goals; but this is a very small part of what I actually provide. The real meat of my job is to serve as your confidant, your mentor, your coach, and your friend. When you cannot find the strength within yourself to continue, my own experience, strength, and hope are there for you to draw upon. My job is to free you from insecurities, and help you gain confidence to take on the world. I have walked in your shoes, I have struggled through the same obstacles, and I have won the battle
