I am 55 years old and had let myself go to the tune of 160+/- pounds – I’m only 5’2”. Lynn taught me how to eat – to make more healthy choices and more balanced food (even when it comes to snacks) and do simple exercises to make use of spare time She is an excellent motivator without being pushy at all. She lets you control what you do with your body but after losing the first ten pounds – I was extremely motivated. I have lost 25 pounds in about 4 months. I don’t know what else to say – SHE IS AWESOME!!!!!

Lynn is a knowledgeable trainer. She assessed my fitness level, set up a program for me, and keeps me motivated. She has taught me that fitness is much more than just burning calories and lifting weights – that training is incorporated into a lifestyle of making good decisions and taking care of yourself. After recovering from a car accident, I had to regain good posture, strength, and balance, which Lynn sought through fitness. Her devoted teachings have helped me incorporate that into my lifestyle, and I see and feel the results! I am very grateful to have found such a smart and wonderful trainer!
