Fred DeVito and I, Elisabeth Halfpapp, who are part of the founding team of exhale, co creators of Core Fusion, and in the fitness/dance/sports world for over 30 years recognize highly that Lyndsay is a senior level teacher of Core Fusion. She was on the opening Core Fusion teacher team of Dallas exhale five years ago and continues to contribute her knowledge of this technique in her classes along with assisting us at fitness conferences and retreats. She has also presented many Core Fusion workshops at exhale with success. Lyndsay stays true to this technique along with adding depth from her diverse trainings in other movement disciplines of yoga, Pilates, dance, gymnastics, Thai therapy, and tai chi. She understands the details, alignment, positioning, and safety aspect of Core Fusion. Her group class teaching is similar to having a personal trainer in a classroom setting. Every student in her class receives details of their position to help bring their fitness to the next level personal to their own physical and mental capabilities. Thus, her students receive a true balance of a results producing nurturing mind body experience.
With Lyndsay’s expertise of Core Fusion, Fred and I endorse her to present Core Fusion and Core Fusion Yoga at any fitness conference or retreat.
With gratitude for Lyndsay’s Core Fusion contributions,
Elisabeth Halfpapp
