Over the years I have discovered that everyone shares the desire to be healthy, but we don’t always feel we have the time, or should take the time, to be physically active. I help remove the barriers, or fear factors, that prevent you from become physically active and healthier.
I have over 27 years experience working with clients who are diagnosed with hypertension, are pre-diabetic, or struggle with orthopedic issues. I train cancer survivors one-on-one and in a group setting helping them build strength, stamina, and confidence to live the life they fought so hard for.
I also partner with companies to build a healthier, happier workforce, by providing on-site fitness classes and educational presentations.
