My sessions with Lydia have been awesome. I'm training for a marathon, and she is helping me stay on track. Her workouts push you, which makes it an accomplishment when you finish. Great motivator and great trainer!

I really enjoyed my sessions with Lydia. She pushes you, but you will have a great time. In just a few sessions, I saw improvement in balance, core strength and leg strength. Also, she improved my overall fitness and showed me a lot of new exercises that I had never seen before.
